When it comes to thoroughly cleaning vials while preventing particle contamination and microbial presence, the SP i-Dositecno Vial Washers deliver outstanding results. Suitable for everything from small-scale operations to high-speed production lines, these machines clean efficiently with as little as 1 liter per minute of Water-for-Injection (WFI), even at speeds up to 400 vials per minute.
Available in four different models, including compact versions for limited space, the system ensures gentle yet thorough washing. The design avoids intrusive nozzles, reducing the risk of vial breakage and particulate release. Semi-automatic versions are ideal for low-output operations, handling batch sizes between 1,000 and 15,000 vials in the 2 to 100 mL range (glass or plastic, change parts required).
