Description

Single-Position High-Pressure Reactors

Asynt’s single-position high-pressure reactors are designed for safe and controlled reaction development under high-pressure conditions, ranging from small-scale laboratory experiments to larger pilot-scale processes. The range includes compact benchtop models as well as more advanced systems for research, process development and chemical applications where high precision is required.

The systems are available in standard configurations but can also be adapted or developed as fully customised high-pressure reactor systems to meet specific requirements relating to chemistry, temperature, pressure and material compatibility.

The range also includes the innovative PressureSyn series, developed with a strong focus on operator safety. The system incorporates a patented locking mechanism designed to prevent the reactor from being opened while residual pressure remains inside the vessel, helping to improve safety during laboratory operation.

The high-pressure reactors can be configured with different construction materials, pressure and temperature ratings, as well as a wide range of accessories and options. This allows each system to be optimised according to chemical resistance, process temperature and specific experimental requirements.
