PAMAS 4132 Particle Counter for Filter Testing

The PAMAS 4132 is a high-precision particle counter designed for use in Single Pass and Multipass filter test systems. It integrates seamlessly into test benches used by filter manufacturers, providing accurate and consistent measurement results.

In a Single Pass test, the liquid flows through the filter once before being directed to the outflow. For detailed ß-ratio analysis, two PAMAS 4132 units can be employed simultaneously to monitor both upstream and downstream particle levels.

In Multipass testing, the liquid circulates continuously through the test rig. With two PAMAS 4132 instruments – each featuring 32 particle size channels – simultaneous upstream and downstream measurements can be taken, allowing for real-time evaluation of filtration performance.

This system supports a wide range of fluid viscosities, including oil, fuel, and water. Its flexible configuration makes it suitable for various Multipass applications and ß-ratio testing requirements.
