PAMAS FastPatch 2 GO – Automated Microscopic Analysis of Filter Membranes
PAMAS FastPatch 2 GO is an advanced automated microscopy system developed for particle counting and particle size analysis on filter membranes in accordance with ISO 4407. The system uses high-resolution image analysis and automated microscopy technology to quickly and accurately identify, count and classify particles collected on the filter surface.
The solution is particularly suitable for fluids where conventional particle counting is difficult or impossible, such as dark fluids, emulsions, two-phase fluids or highly viscous samples. Results are displayed in real time and include particle counts, particle size distribution and cleanliness classification according to international standards.
The system is supplied complete with pre-installed analysis software on a computer and generates detailed reports including images, particle data and classification results.
