PAMAS S50 – Online Particle Counter for Hydraulic and Lubricating Oils
PAMAS S50 is a cost-effective, high-performance online particle counter designed for continuous monitoring of fluid cleanliness in industrial processes. The system uses advanced laser technology to provide accurate and reproducible measurement results in real time and can be easily integrated into existing control and monitoring systems.
The instrument is particularly suitable for condition monitoring and contamination control of hydraulic oils, lubricating oils, test benches and component cleaning systems where cleanliness levels are critical to operational reliability and service life.
Automatic digital flow measurement ensures accurate results even under varying process conditions. For applications with significant variations in pressure or flow, the PAMAS S50P model is available with an integrated dosing pump that maintains a constant sample flow rate of 25 ml/min.
