Description
Stepped Microtips for Ultrasonic Probes
Stepped microtips are designed for ultrasonic processing of very small sample volumes where high energy intensity is required. The stepped design increases amplitude and concentrates the ultrasonic energy into a very small area, providing efficient processing even for small and difficult-to-process samples.
Microtips are commonly used for cell lysis, DNA and RNA extraction, protein studies, sample preparation and other laboratory applications where sample volume is limited. Their high energy intensity makes them particularly suitable for biological and biotechnological applications.
Manufactured from high-quality Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy, they offer excellent acoustic properties, high mechanical strength and excellent resistance to corrosion and cavitation erosion.
