Titan 450 – Heavy-Duty Sieve Shaker
The Endecotts Titan 450 is a powerful heavy-duty sieve shaker designed for particle size analysis of large and heavy samples. It is Endecotts’ most powerful sieve shaker and is specifically designed to accommodate large-diameter test sieves and high sample loads.
The Titan 450 uses an electromagnetic 3D drive combined with specially designed carbon fibre springs. This produces both vertical movement and a horizontal twisting motion, providing efficient distribution of the sample across the sieve surface and effective particle separation.
The system can accommodate up to seven full-height 450 mm test sieves and has a maximum sample capacity of 20 kg. It is suitable for both dry and wet sieving and can be used for particle sizes ranging from 20 µm to 125 mm.
An external digital control unit allows the operator to adjust vibration intensity, sieving time and intermittent operation. With no mechanical moving parts in the drive system, the Titan 450 provides quiet, reliable and virtually maintenance-free operation.
