VCX-1500HV-220 – 1500 W Ultrasonic Processor with High Volume Flow Cell
VCX-1500HV-220 is a complete system for continuous ultrasonic processing of larger liquid volumes. The system is equipped with a High Volume Continuous Flow Cell, enabling continuous processing of 5 litres or more, and is particularly suitable for homogenisation, emulsification, dispersion, particle size reduction and other liquid-based processes.
The process liquid is pumped through the inlet at the bottom of the flow cell and passes through the ultrasonic field at the probe tip, where processing takes place. The treated liquid then exits the system through the outlet. The degree of processing can be easily adjusted by changing the ultrasonic intensity and flow rate.
The flow cell system is particularly recommended for low-viscosity samples that do not require prolonged exposure to ultrasound. For best results, pre-mixing with a mechanical stirrer is recommended before ultrasonic processing. Multiple units can also be connected in series to increase capacity or reduce processing time.
