DVNext Rheometer

The DVNext Rheometer from AMETEK Brookfield is a sophisticated instrument that blends precision engineering with user-friendly design to ensure reliable and repeatable results. It is ideal for laboratories that demand high performance and regulatory compliance.

Available in two versions—a standard model and a version fully compliant with 21 CFR Part 11—the DVNext adapts to various application needs. The standard version includes digital leveling, a guided startup wizard, gel timer, and upgrade options such as magnetic coupling and barcode scanning. The compliant version includes enhanced features like accessory recognition via barcode, Ethernet and LIMS connectivity, and secure output to locked PDF files.

The instrument can also be customized with options such as a cone/plate system for small sample volumes, ball bearing support for high-torque applications, and a quick-action stand for more efficient testing. A broad speed range of 0.1 to 250 RPM with 2,600 increments provides precise control for detailed analyses.

Included with each unit are spindles (depending on model), temperature probe, spindle guard, sturdy base, screen protector, and carrying case for easy transport.
