TP-4 Tunnel Loader – Precision Row-by-Row Loading for Sterilizing Tunnels

The TP-4 is a high-precision tunnel loader specifically engineered for sterilizing tunnels with belt widths over 600 mm. By synchronizing the tunnel belt movement with the TP-4’s motion at the vial format level, the system ensures a tight and continuous vial loading pattern. This uniform loading directly improves heat distribution within the sterilizing chamber, enhancing both product safety and operational efficiency.

Controlled via an integrated PLC, the TP-4 automatically adjusts speed and movement distance for each vial format. Row-by-row loading is the industry’s preferred method for wider sterilizing tunnels, and TP-4 executes it with accuracy and consistency.

Thanks to its servo-driven mechanism, vials are arranged in a nested pattern with virtually no glass-to-glass contact. This dramatically reduces particle generation compared to older methods like the “reverse funnel” loading system. Additionally, TP-4 clears the dead plate at the end of each batch, supporting cleaner transitions and simpler line management.
