PAMAS S50DP – Online Particle Counter with Integrated Dilution System

The PAMAS S50DP is a sophisticated online particle counter featuring a built-in dilution system that automatically mixes a low-viscosity solvent into contaminated, highly viscous, or additive-rich fluid samples. This innovation enables reliable measurement of samples that previously required manual pre-treatment.

The programmable dilution system continuously injects a defined volume of solvent into the raw sample prior to measurement. The system’s internal design ensures thorough mixing of the two fluids, resulting in a homogeneous mixture and thus repeatable, accurate measurement results.

The PAMAS S50DP is also highly effective for online fuel analysis. In untreated fuels, free water droplets can distort particle counts. In this system, water droplets are dispersed in the solvent and are no longer detected as particles, enabling accurate and meaningful measurements.
