PAMAS FastPatch 2 GO – Automated Microscope System for Filter Analysis to ISO 4407

The PAMAS FastPatch 2 GO is an automated microscope system designed for particle counting and sizing on filter membranes in full compliance with ISO 4407. It analyzes particles retained on the filter surface using advanced image analysis and microscope automation for fast and precise contamination assessment of entire or selected filter areas.

Measurement data is displayed in real time, continuously updating the particle count and contamination class table. The end report, customizable by the user, presents a comprehensive overview of the patch analysis along with classification details. Images from any area of the membrane can be captured and included in the report, each with particle sizes clearly indicated.

PAMAS FastPatch 2 GO delivers highly accurate and repeatable results according to a range of international standards: ISO 4407, SAE AS 4059, NAS 1638, ISO 4406, and ISO 16232. The system includes a high-performance laptop or PC preloaded with the analysis software.
