PAMAS OLS50P – Stationary Online Particle Counter for Fluid Condition Monitoring

The PAMAS OLS50P is a fixed-position particle counter designed for continuous monitoring of fluid cleanliness. It is compatible with all light extinction sensors from the PAMAS HCB-LD series, allowing the system to be tailored for a wide range of liquids – from water to highly corrosive acids. When necessary, the sensors can be constructed from resistant materials for use in demanding fluid environments.

The instrument features a durable ceramic piston pump that ensures a constant flow rate of either 10 or 25 ml/min, operating within a pressure range of 0 to 6 bar. This stable flow is key for delivering reliable and accurate measurements in industrial monitoring applications.

Data transfer is flexible, with both digital and analogue interface options. A digital RS485 port is standard, while a 4–20 mA analogue output enables integration with programmable logic controllers (PLC), making the PAMAS OLS50P a powerful tool for real-time condition monitoring.
