RW-500 Vial Washer

The RW-500 is the smallest automatic vial washer in our lineup, engineered for low-to-medium production needs in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. It handles vial sizes from 1 to 100 ml (with change parts) and processes up to 120 vials per minute, depending on format. Changeover time between formats is approximately 20 minutes.

RW-500TL Vial Washer with Integrated Trayloader

The RW-500TL enhances the standard model by integrating an automatic trayloader for efficient batch vial processing at low-to-medium output levels. It supports vial sizes from 2 to 100 ml and operates at speeds up to 100 vials per minute. The trayloader requires no change parts and can be installed under a Vertical Laminar Airflow Unit for added cleanliness.

Smart Functions:

• “No tray present” – washer will not start
• “Tray full” – washer automatically stops
• Clean, compact design for streamlined operations
