Description
Efficient and Reliable Vial Washing for Aseptic Production
Effective vial cleaning is essential for cGMP compliance and sterile fill-finish operations. Traditional vial washers contain multiple moving parts inside the washing chamber – like penetrating spray needles, chains, and rods – all of which can generate particulate matter. This increases the risk of contamination, false rejects, production delays, and unnecessary costs.
Our advanced design includes just two moving parts inside the chamber. Vials are cleaned without inserting needles, eliminating the risk of breakage or misalignment. A servo-driven mechanism and user-friendly HMI ensure precise, efficient, and economical operation, consuming as little as 1 liter per minute of WFI.
Tight on space? Combine our smallest vial washer with a depyrogenation tunnel and fill/stopper/cap unit to create a complete aseptic filling line in under 13 feet!
Four models to match your needs:
- RW-800: Medium-speed automatic washer, vial sizes 2–500 mL (change parts required), ideal for batch sizes up to 80,000 vials
- Proven 1000x particle reduction for guaranteed cleanliness
- Versatility for both lab-scale and high-speed production
- Simple, efficient operation – fewer moving parts reduce maintenance, and dedicated recipes optimize water use
All our systems are CE marked, ensuring compliance with European safety, health, and environmental standards. Feel free to contact us for more information or assistance in selecting the right vial washer – we’re here to help.
