SP i-Dositecno EVW-60

The SP i-Dositecno EVW-60 is a compact and efficient external vial washer designed to ensure complete decontamination of vial exteriors in pharmaceutical and biotech production. With a capacity of up to 100 vials per minute, it accommodates vial sizes from 2 to 125 mL, making it ideal for small to medium production volumes

The machine employs low-pressure water nozzles to clean vials from the top, with additional nozzles positioned underneath to clean the bottom, ensuring no surface is left untouched. A specialized transport mechanism with a single feed screw continuously rotates the vials during the cleaning process, eliminating the need for hard-to-clean conveyor belts.

To prevent cleaning agents from entering under the cap, the vial’s aluminum cap is enclosed between two opposing belts, creating a seal that eliminates the risk of bacterial contamination.

Drying is achieved either with compressed facility air or an onboard air blower, ensuring vials exit the machine visibly dry. Changeover between different vial formats is tool-free and takes less than 20 minutes, minimizing downtime.
