TP-1 Tunnel Loader

The TP-1 is a compact and cost-efficient tunnel loader, specifically engineered for use with sterilizing tunnels featuring belt widths of up to 600 mm. It is capable of handling the complete range of pharmaceutical vials—from as small as 2 ml to as large as 100 ml—without the need for any change parts. This makes the TP-1 an extremely versatile choice across various filling lines. Even small and unstable vials, such as 2 ml, are gently and reliably loaded onto the tunnel belt without tipping.

One of the TP-1’s key advantages is its open and accessible design, which allows full access to the tunnel infeed area. This greatly facilitates cleaning, monitoring, and maintenance. The unit eliminates the need for traditional infeed screws or the more complex “reverse tunnel” infeed methods. Instead, it offers an innovative and user-friendly solution that is compatible with all vial washers featuring a single-file outfeed.
