The Trayloader HSTL-200 is an advanced dual-tray loading machine designed to streamline the handling of glass and plastic vials in both aseptic and non-aseptic pharmaceutical production environments. The machine enables automatic placement of containers into trays at a capacity of up to 500 units per minute, depending on vial diameter and tray size.

It accommodates vial sizes ranging from 2 to 500 mL and is compatible with various tray materials, including metal, plastic, and cardboard. With a user-friendly, menu-driven PLC control, rapid and tool-free format changes are possible, minimizing downtime and enhancing productivity.
